o ensure a strong and vibrant non-profit organization,
it is imperative to have an experienced, engaged and inspiring Board be in place to lead the organization. By being a Community
Housing Development Organization (CHDO), a community-based service organization that is intended to respond to the community's
needs. Therefore, it requires us to have a percentage of our Board Members represent the low-income community,
the puclib sectors and may include people such as human and social service providers, lenders, individuals with access to philanthropic
resources, or others willing to contribute their professional expertise to better serve the community.
